Step 1:

Right click Metamask icon on the top of your browser

Step 2:

Select "Manage Extension"

Step 3:

Select "Remove Extension"

Step 4:

Select "Remove"

Step 5:

Go to metamask.io and download and install the Metamask extension

Step 6:

Follow the process of setting up your existing wallet

Step 7:

Try the transaction again on Metamask

Done.

Close all apps on device

Step 2:

Open app settings and open "Apps"

Step 3:

Locate the Metamask app

Step 4:

Select Force stop

Step 5:

Power off device and turn back on

Step 6:

Open Metamask and try transaction again

Done.
